REPORTAGE PHOTOSHOOT
Events, children’s and adult gatherings, concerts. A lively format free of staging and tension: I do not interfere with the flow, but I am always nearby to capture key moments and make the process as comfortable as possible.

- Assistance in organizing the shoot, coordinating locations, and scheduling event timing
- Event coverage session
- Photo processing and color correction
- Delivery of finished images via a personal online gallery
Terms and Conditions of Cooperation
Please read the rules carefully before booking — this will help us avoid misunderstandings. By booking a time, you confirm your agreement to these terms.
Booking and Rescheduling
- Deposit: Date and time reservation is secured by a non-refundable advance payment of 25 $. This amount is non-refundable upon cancellation as it covers preparation, process organization, and location scouting
- Rescheduling: Permitted once, no later than 5 days before the scheduled date. The new session must take place within the same calendar month
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is paid immediately upon completion of the session
- Tardiness: Photoshoot time is reduced by the duration of your delay. Please note: rented studios do not extend time automatically, but you can extend the studio hall on-site for an additional hour (subject to availability)
Process and Details
- Communication: All details are discussed remotely via social media or messengers
- Duration: Time is calculated from the moment we meet at the location until its conclusion (including movements and on-site preparation)
- Turnaround Time: The link to your personal online gallery is delivered within 7–14 business days. Finished photos are stored on the server for 3 months
Style, Editing, and Rights
- Artistic Vision: By booking a shoot, you trust my style and framing vision
- Retouching: Includes color correction, lighting adjustment, and delicate skin cleanup while preserving natural texture. Deep retouching involves detailed enhancement without a “plastic” effect, tone leveling, and final styling
- Photo Selection: You have 7 days to select photos for retouching. If this deadline is exceeded, the delivery date for finished materials is pushed back; after one month, editing is canceled (or you may entrust the selection to me)
- Confidentiality: Shoots under private conditions must be discussed strictly at the booking stage. Requests to remove or conceal photos after the session is completed are subject to an additional fee (+30% of the shoot cost)
- Copyright & Usage: By agreeing to a photoshoot, you permit the publication of the best shots in my portfolio and social media
Additional Options
- Express Delivery (within 3 days): +50% of the package cost.
- Additional Retouching: 3 $ per extra photo
- Third-Party Expenses: Services of a makeup artist, stylist, studio rentals, and admission tickets to paid locations are paid separately by the client
